Terms of use

The rules for using ScreenerCharts: information only, no investment advice, data without guarantees.

Last updated 3 November 2026.

Information only, not advice

Everything on ScreenerCharts (prices, charts, ratings, scans, screener results, fundamentals, backtests, guides and alerts) is general information for education. It is not investment, trading, tax or legal advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. ScreenerCharts is not registered with SEBI or any other regulator as an investment adviser or research analyst. Trading in shares, futures and options carries a high risk of loss; decide for yourself and, if needed, ask a registered adviser.

No guarantee about the data

Prices may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and calculated values (indicators, IV, Greeks, ratios, max pain and so on) depend on that data. Always check prices and contract details with your broker or the exchange before trading. The site may be unavailable at times.

Paper trading and backtests

Paper trading uses virtual money and simple fills; backtests use past data. Neither shows what you would earn in real trading, where slippage, gaps, charges and taxes apply.

Fair use

Use the site for your own research. Do not scrape it in bulk, resell its data, or overload it with automated requests. Market data belongs to its providers and exchanges; company names and logos belong to their companies.

Liability

ScreenerCharts is provided free and as it is. To the extent the law allows, the owner is not responsible for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on its information.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site means you accept the terms in force at the time.
