Options priced in = the at-the-money straddle at the close before the results, as a % of the share price (the move expected by that expiry). Straddle that day = how much the straddle's price changed on the reaction day: a big fall is the "IV crush" after results, which helps option sellers.

What is the expected move before results?

The price of the at-the-money straddle (call + put) as a % of the share price. Option sellers want the stock to move less than this; option buyers need it to move more.

What is IV crush?

After results the uncertainty is gone, so option prices fall even if the stock moves. The 'Straddle that day' column shows that fall.
